Complete the objective, then press Claim
Open Tasks in the lobby, perform a listed objective during a shift, then return to the completed entry and press Claim. Check your Doubloon balance afterwards. Task progress and collecting its reward are separate steps.
Follow the full free reward loop
- Open Tasks in the lobby. The button is beside Classes and Invite. Read the precise objective, progress and displayed reward before joining a shift.
- Play the restaurant normally. Take orders, grill, assemble, deliver and clean. Other objectives can require a day milestone, restaurant rating, class unlock or a particular emergency.
- Return to the lobby and find the completed entry. Press Claim, then check that the Doubloon total increased. If the task is still incomplete, inspect its stated condition rather than assuming any similar action counts.
- Check Crew Roles after a class purchase. Buying a class can complete another objective with its own Claim action.
CHALLS’s filmed task-completion message explicitly tells the player to claim in the lobby. See the completion hint at 3:51. A completed task with an unchanged balance may be waiting for that step.
Doubloons are not restaurant cash. Doubloons unlock lobby classes and skins. The $ picked up during a run pays for Night Shop and restaurant upgrades. Mr. Krabs’s cash perk does not turn a restaurant order into extra Doubloons.
Task categories and recorded rewards
The read menu shows five categories: The Basics, Work Streak, Rising Stars, Crew Roles and Expert Service. Some early guides describe only a subset. The Basics covers ordinary restaurant work; the other entries add progress, roles and emergency goals. Read each task’s actual text and tier.
| Objective | Doubloons | Condition to keep |
|---|---|---|
| Take an order / grill a patty / assemble / deliver | 1 each | Each visible basic task in CHALLS’s filmed menu; read the current tier. |
| Take out trash / clean a workstation / mop a spill | 1 each | Reported routine cleanup objectives; they are separate entries. |
| Stop Plankton / stop a villain / serve a VIP | 3 each | Reported by the solo guide; follow the exact objective text. |
| Use Orb of Confusion on a villain | 3 | Using the item and defeating a villain can be different objectives. |
| Defeat Dirty Bubble | Conflict: 1 or 3 | The Doubloon and solo guides disagree. Use the reward shown on your current task. |
| Defeat Man Ray | 1 | Reported by the Doubloon guide; current tier can differ. |
| Put out a fire | 4 | An emergency objective; do not deliberately damage your run to trigger it. |
| Pass an inspection | 5 | Reported by the solo guide; requires the inspector event. |
| Reach Day 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 | 2 / 3 / 3 / 4 | Reported Work Streak entries, not an hourly earning rate. |
| Reach 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 stars solo | 3 / 4 / 5 / 10 | The recorded condition specifically says solo. |
| Unlock Squidward / Jim | 4 each | Reported Crew Roles rewards; Squidward’s initial availability is disputed. |
| Unlock Sandy / Pearl | 5 each | Claim after the corresponding unlock; these are separate from the purchase price. |
The four basic one-Doubloon examples can be read in CHALLS’s Tasks menu at 2:16. The other examples come from the dated walkthroughs checked October 21, 2026. A task’s recorded payout does not establish an unlimited repeat or daily reset schedule.
Dirty Bubble has conflicting reward reports: the Doubloon guide lists 1, while the solo guide lists 3. Use the value on your current objective. Item use, defeating a named villain and a general villain objective may also be separate tasks.
Complete emergency tasks when the event occurs. Deliberately starting fires or sacrificing service to chase an objective can lose the shift; the reported reward is not evidence of a profitable farming method.
Work out what your next class needs
Remaining Doubloons = the larger of class cost − current balance, or zero. This is ordinary budget arithmetic, not a hidden game formula. Use a supported class price and your actual balance.
| Goal | Balance | Remaining | Useful next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jim · 150 | 100 | 50 | Complete and claim more objectives. |
| Jim · 150 | 150 | 0 | Inspect the current card and purchase if grilling is your priority. |
| SpongeBob · 2,500 | 1,000 | 1,500 | Keep earning toward the larger cooking goal. |
| SpongeBob · 2,500 | 1,500 from the largest recorded pack | 1,000 | The pack alone does not cover the class from a zero balance. |
Task availability and tier rewards vary, so a gap of 50 does not tell you how many shifts or hours it takes. There is no measured hourly rate here. Choose a role for the work you actually do before committing to a long saving goal.
Unlocking Jim for 150 is reported to complete a 4-Doubloon Crew Roles task. Claiming it afterwards is a separate reward; do not subtract it and call the shop price 146.
The four recorded Robux packs
CHALLS’s recorded Buy Doubloons menu shows these packages. They are a dated store snapshot, not a promise of the price in a later purchase confirmation.
| Total Doubloons | Menu wording | Robux | Doubloons per 100 Robux |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | 50 Doubloons | 99 | 50.51 |
| 200 | 200 Doubloons | 299 | 66.89 |
| 500 | 500 Doubloons | 749 | 66.76 |
| 1,500 | 1,000 + 500 bonus | 1,499 | 100.07 |
Rates are calculated as total Doubloons ÷ Robux × 100, rounded to two decimal places. The 1,000 + 500 bonus offer totals 1,500, so it has the highest ratio in this recorded menu. That does not make it the appropriate purchase for every smaller goal. Check the current quantity and confirmation before buying.
Open the filmed store at 2:03 → Restaurant dollars cannot be exchanged at these ratios; the table compares a Robux purchase only. The Tasks loop above is the supported route that does not require buying a pack.
Achievements and changing Night Shop stock
The official listing and mid-October guides describe an Achievements event with 100+ challenges and extra Doubloon payouts. Check the challenges currently visible to you; a dated event description does not establish permanent availability or a fixed total for every account.
The guides also report occasional Night Shop packs of about 7 Doubloons bought using restaurant cash. That is conditional stock, not a pack you can assume appears every night. Compare it with the run upgrade or energy item you need at the time.
Alleged code rewards are a separate source question. Our code claim table keeps the five publisher-only strings unverified rather than counting them in a free-currency plan.
Sources checked October 21, 2026: the read Tasks, Claim and store frames, plus the dated Doubloon and solo walkthroughs. The Dirty Bubble field remains visibly disputed. We have not measured a farming rate or performed a purchase test.
This Doubloon guide cannot predict the shifts needed for your current task tiers; read their rewards and your balance in Tasks.
